Florida Rum Company is a veteran owned small business established in 2017 to produce the finest craft rum from Florida sugarcane. We currently produce two rums under the ZÍAMI brand trade name. We target the discerning craft cocktail consumer who appreciates quality local ingredients, the story behind them, and the experience of it all. our name evokes the flavors, colors, and spirit of Miami from A-Z. Our current offerings include: * ZÍAMI Platinum – Florida Craft Rum at 40% ABV / 750mL Aged white rum distilled from Florida sugarcane molasses, matured in American oak bourbon barrels, then carbon filtered to remove color but retain the full barrel flavor and aroma. Result is an exceptionally smooth, lightly oaked white rum suitable for a wide variety of cocktails. * ZÍAMI Ruby Rush – Grapefruit Flavored Rum at 35% ABV / 750mL Aromatic pink grapefruit flavored rum distilled from Florida sugarcane molasses, flavored with pink grapefruit extract & lightly sweetened, with a subtle touch of color to provide a multi-sensual experience. Suitable for drinking on the rocks or with a splash of soda and fresh lime.
