Cayuga Ingredients is the ONLY bulk producer of whey-based ethanol in the United States. Our distillery is nestled on the eastern edge of the Finger Lakes, in the heart of New York state dairy land. Our unique process is 100% sustainable and eco-friendly. We are largest neutral spirits manufacturing plant utilizing dairy processing bi products - whey. Our process is 5 time distilled under vacuum to 96% purity and further filtered through carbon and platinum before storage. The product is renewable, sustainable, non-GMO and Kosher certified. The plant is able to produce over 700,000 gallons of 190 proof neutral spirits per year.
