UNIT 43 DISTILLING COMPANY True to our Motto - FIND & REFINE - We love making things we love, and we love well crafted spirits, so it was inevitable that the two would come together.

As a family owned company, we have a hand in all aspects of the distillery and distilling process including growing our botanicals, building all our equipment, from the still to the bar and even our bikes… yes, we love bikes too! Almost all of our equipment is made from recycled material and our products are 99% recyclable. And so became Unit 43... true to 43% in all our spirts. We Find and Refine. OUR GIN - Our gins are expertly refined, hand crafted and full of charactar, made for the well-heeled, the pioneers and the dirt shovellers! Beautifully wrapped, making them the perfect gifts. Our recipe experimentation spanned two years and over 202 different recipes with wild and wonderful ingredients, until finally Unit 43 Gin Original was born. Smooth, balanced and local in its ingredients. Juniper, Grains of Paradise, All Spice, Naartjie, a mix of 5 Cape Fynbos... just a few of the 15 ingredients. Our Oak Wooded Gin is smooth with a subltle hint of sweet spice on the nose.
