Our company is a family distillery located in Lebanon and based on the experience of the founder Wadih Kassatly (WK) who has distilled fruits and herbs since 1947. We use the traditional pot called "Alembic" which was used by the first distillers in the Middle East and later in the Middle Ages to distill different types of locally grown fruits and herbs. Wadih Kassatly is currently working with his children who brought a touch of modernity to the family recipe and processing heritage. We developed a line of premium liqueurs to target the professional bar. These cocktail bar liqueurs are produced from distilled and filtered grain alcohol with selected flavors from different parts of the world. They are colored and sweetened to impart the best color and flavor with a balanced palette to cocktails. We believe that our products will definitely bring diversity and innovation to the American cocktail bar.
