This danish gin is the worlds first Copenhagen Dry Gin. It is destilled in small batches at the Braunstein destillery, they are known for their award winning whiskeys and rhum. Destilling with a high alcohol percentage and malt in the alcohol, makes it smooth with minimal alcohol burn and gives it roundness and a little sweetness. The Danish water is some of the cleanest, best tasting water in the world and the grain is of very high quality. We use primarily danish commodities to give it the cool nordic taste. You can drink it nead, in a classic G&T or as a cocktail mixer.
