The 13 alpine lakes gave birth to the great Liuyang River. Liuyang Dawei Mountain, with a subtropical monsoon climate, has diverse land, mountains, climate, and products, but it is still regular and trustworthy. The warm and humid environment is more suitable for the growth of microorganisms. Cooperating with the Goalong team to jointly develop the yeast, it has bred a high-quality and stable whiskey making environment. The natural simplicity and innocence have created the sweet taste of Goalong whiskey. Liuyang – Barrel Aging Liuyang subtropical monsoon climate, rain and heat in the same season, the distillery site belongs to the basin and river valley terrain with long hot summers, hot summers and cold winters, the cellar is stacked in a 5-storey steel-frame structure, compared to the 3% angle share in Scotland, the Goalong cellar will reach to 4%-6%, which means that the whiskey maturation is accelerated, and the whiskey can get the color and aroma conferred by the barrels more quickly.
