In spring 2018, the Puyjalon Distillery was born from the desire of 4 local entrepreneurs to bottle the Mingan archipelago. Proud of their region, their spirits, reflect very well the nordicity and the richness of this environment overflowing with aromas, flavors, characters and splendors. Their ambition is to produce and export to the world, wonderful spirits designed and produced with pride and passion. Located in Havre-Saint-Pierre, north of the 50th parallel, Puyjalon is the first distillery on the North Shore of Quebec.
