Wild Ohio Brewing is a Columbus, Ohio based Company owned and managed by people who are extremely proud of the art and science of creating great Craft Beer.

Wild Ohio Brewing Brand was launched in 2016. Brewery was built in January 2020. It has a capacity of 1620 bbls capable of producing 22,000 cases a month. Our canning has a capacity of doing 65 cans a minute and can do regular 12 and 16 oz cans and sleek cans. The brewery is environmentally friendly with LED lighting with motion sensors, 4 tankless water heaters and high efficiency boiler. We make a unique product. Green and Black tea is fermented with fruit juice to make a naturally gluten free beer that tastes delicious. The beer is shelf stable and has a shelf life of 1 year.

We are passionate perfectionists about producing high-quality, gluten-free beers with unusual flavors and unique tastes. Our beer making starts with unique recipes that are fashioned by our recipe creators after months of trying, testing, tasting, and tweaking. It took a while, but we are very pleased with their creations. However, a great recipe is not enough. The journey from a well-thought recipe to an enjoyable beer must include sourcing the best ingredients and following a specifically designed brewing process.

Our CEO personally works in close collaboration with the recipe creators, professional buyers, and experienced brewers, coupling long-followed traditions with non-traditional methods, always striving to ensure that we deliver enjoyable beer-drinking experiences to our customers. The process of creating high-quality beer, with unusual flavors, is a skill that takes a long time to learn. So, we have a master brewer who has been brewing for decades (drinking on the job!) and ensuring that every batch is consistent and tastes the same. Every time! And while he does that, our recipe creators continue to work behind the scenes to introduce new recipes.
