Our story Klackabacken Brewery started in 2012 by the three friends Marcus, Olof and Christoffer. The idea of a brewery was born as they roadtripped along the american coastline visiting craft beer breweries and drinking beer. Marcus had a farm back in Sweden with an old barn that was uninhabitated at the moment. That barn is where Klackabacken Brewery´s story begins. With Christoffer in lead as an educated brewmaster the friends started brewing test batches, meanwhile they renovated the facilities and built one part for brewing and the second as brewpub.

In 2016 the brewery moved into brand new facilities built for beer production and has since expanded from a small quaint brewery to a professional factory built to provide people that only settles with the best beverages with beers of high quality. Klackabackens Brewery combines creativity with traditional know-how. The result? Classic with a twist.
