We are proudly Lebanese, brewing craft beer since 2017. A story of two cousins taking a brewing course together in London back in 2015. Noel Abi Nader was already a home brewer and Chris Fadel was pursuing a Master’s degree in Green Chemistry at Imperial College. After Marc Bou Zeidan joined (PhD in Food Microbiology, professor of agri-food sciences at USEK), they decided to take brewing to a professional level. Our brewery is a state-of-the-art microbrewery. We can brew 1000 L batches on our production scale brewhouse and 100 L batches on our pilot brewhouse for research, development Our product is a result of many trials, additions and subtractions to finally reach what we believe is a consistent process of delivering flavors that excite different senses. All ingredients are natural with no additives included in the final product. Each Elmir bottle is carefully tested and cleaned in our home Lab. Beer styles: Wheat Ale: Medium-bodied golden Weissbier with aromas of banana that fill the palate, balanced by notes of bread and sourness. 5% ABV Amber Ale: Medium-bodied amber ale with aromas of caramelized malt and nuts accompanied by a warm spicy and piney bitterness. 4.5% ABV Pilsner: A medium-dry crisp lager that releases subtle bready and malty aromas sustained by a slight bitterness. 5% ABV IPA: Medium-bodied orange ale with aromas of exotic fruits complemented with a robust lasting bitterness. 5.3% ABV Winter Ale: A unique seasonal harmony between Belgian Tradition and Lebanese Terroir, brewed with CAROB MOLASSES.
