The partnership originally formed the company under the name Cross Border Consultants as a limited liability companies within the laws of New Jersey. However, we quickly changed the name to CBC Distributors to reflect our focus on the local operation as a wholesale distributor of food and beverages around the New Jersey, NYC, and Philly areas.
