Description
Merlot is part of the grape variety range of Acaibo Estate. The merlot grapes are sourced from Sonoma County's unique volcanic ash and clay soils. Our grapes are handpicked from our organic and regenerative vineyard and the wine is aged for 12 months in premium Bordeaux-style French oak barrels, with 15% of the barrels being new, sourced from the finest forests of central France.
