Amaino is a delicious blend of 68% of Merlot and 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from Sonoma County's unique volcanic ash and clay soils. Our grapes are handpicked from our organic vineyard and aged for 12 months in premium Bordeaux-style French oak barrels, with 40% of the barrels being new, sourced from the finest forests of central France.
