Acaibo 2013 - Acaibo is a masterful blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc, sourced from Sonoma County's unique volcanic ash and clay soils. Our grapes are handpicked from our organic vineyard and aged for 18 months in premium Bordeaux-style French oak barrels, with 80% of the barrels being new, sourced from the finest forests of central France.
