Elegant and delightfully lifted, showing sweet strawberry, creaming soda, white floral and lemon zest aromas, it's juicy and refreshing with excellent fruit purity and finesse. A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc & 25% Pinot Noir Grapes (Ward Valley fruit). This magical mix gives the wine a beautiful blush colour and aromatics, while softening the acidity on the palate.

At Snapper Rock we source fruit from two of New Zealand's most famous wine producing areas, Marlborough, at the top of the South Island and the Hawkes Bay, on the east coast of the North Island.
