With a vibrant light green hue touched by golden tones, the nose reveals the allure of ripe pineapple and a hint of white pepper, creating a neat and refreshing experience that evolves into a symphony of exotic fruits and zesty citrus notes. On the palate, harmony reigns with the flesh of white stone fruits and delicate floral undertones, all underlined by a clear minerality and a crisp character that inspires the senses.
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc 100%
Winemaking: Low-temperature press; Tank fermented
Tasting Notes: Robe Light green yellow with gold hues Nose Ripe pineapple, white pepper, very neat and fresh, zesty, evolving from exotic fruits to citrusy notes. Palate Harmonious, white stone fruits flesh, flowery, with clear minerality, a crisp character.
Serving Temperature: 7 – 9˚C to present better its acidity structure & gras. Everyday white, very pleasant aperitif, as a medium red summer glass. An excellent companion for Starters.
Food Pairing: Lebanese cold mezzé, pizza (with veggies, goat cheese…), white pasta sauce, light cheeses, white flesh grills.
