Description
In tank fermented, with medium to short maceration, this wine boasts an intense purple with blu violet fringe,showcasing clarity and a medium light body. The nose reveals a captivating blend of gamy and mineral notes, accented by hints of sumac, red fruit, cherry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, soft tannins embrace an elegant complexity, creating a truly inspiring experience.
Grapes Varietals: The Mediterranean Blend Style by excellence! Agiorgetiko Mourvèdre and Tempranillo
Winemaking: Tank fermented, medium to short maceration, with early autumn Malo-Lactic, mild filtration and stabilisation, very
low sulphur content.
Tasting Notes: Robe Intense purple with a blue-violet fringe, clear, medium to light body
- Nose - 1st nosing gamy, mineral, with sumac hints; 2nd nosing red fruits, cherry notes & blackcurrant.
- Palate - Soft tannins structure, fresh with a sweet to bitter balance, very elegant attack, complexity and a great value for this young vintage!
Serving Temperature: 16˚C to 18˚C presents better tannins/ acidity structure. Every day/season wine, still very pleasant as a medium red summer glass. From a red aperitif to first course companion, would surprise the experts’ palates.
Food Pairing: Lebanese hot mezzé, pizza (with cold cuts, chorizo…), red pasta sauce, mild cheeses, white flesh grills.
