Ample means generous, plentiful, in Greek Ampelos is literally the grapevine, or its personification Dionysus.
Ample Assyrtiko white is very rare on Lebanon's varietal scene, but most probably brought back to its native lands as Phoenician stories tell. Empyreumatic, 8 months in oak, a noble wine with balanced minerality, body and great acidity.
Aged for 10 months in French oak, this wine reveals captivating empyreumatic smoked hints. It boasts a full-bodied presence with a unique grasp, exuding richness and elegance. Its excellent balance is complemented by a dry, crispness and a persistent acidity that truly defines its character.
