The Mukuzani micro-zone is revered for cultivating Saperavi
grapes of unparalleled quality, giving rise to a wine that is the
epitome of harmony and balance. Each grape, a hand-picked
treasure from the vine-laden slopes of Mukuzani, undergoes a meticulous process where the temperature is moderated to a cool 20°C prelude to vinification.
In the sanctuary of our cellars, the wine matures in French oak barrels from the esteemed Tonnellerie de Jarnac, a period of 5-6 months that endows it with an exquisite structure. It emerges as a deep garnet elixir, a visual reflection of its rich and sophisticated character—Mukuzani, a name synonymous with luxury and the zenith of Georgian winemaking.
