Mukuzani, an esteemed red dry wine with PDO distinction,
is the pride of Georgia's viticulture, crafted exclusively from
Saperavi grapes from the Mukuzani micro-zone in Kakheti.
Selectivity is paramount; each grape is hand-harvested and meticulously sorted to ensure only the premium fruit is vinified. Chilled to 23°C, these superior grapes are then poised for transformation.
The aging process is an art, with the wine spending 6 to 10 months in French oak barrels from Tonnellerie de Jarnac, acquiring subtle woody notes and complexity. An additional 12 months of repose in an underground aging facility follows bottling, allowing the wine to reach its zenith. Mukuzani emerges with a deep garnet color, a visual testament to its richness and depth—a bottled homage to Georgian enological mastery.
