Vine age : Over 30 years old up to 53 years old
Yielding : 2500 liters per hectare (maximum autorized for this appellation is 5200 liters per hectare)
Harvest : hand harvested
Vinification : cold maceration of the grapes and under controlled temperatures ; malolactic fermentation in oak barrels
Breading : 18 th months in French new oak barrels, using the most expensive oak barrel all over the world and 3 more month in underground cement tanks
Characteristics : deep and brillant red color ; intense aromas of red cooked black fruits with hints of roasted coffee, liquorice and spices. An elegant and complexe full bodied wine. Just a velvet !
Packaging : Tin label sticked by hand in a wooden boxe of 6 bottles
