Vine age : from 20 to 30 years old
Yielding : 4000 liters per hectare (maximum is 5200 liters per hectare)
Vinification : under controlled temperatures
Aging : 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in underground cement tanks
Characteristics : deep red color, with red cooked fruit aromas with hint of chocolate, smoked tobacco and spicy ; very ample and complexe in the mouth, with tannins both smooth and powerful ; long lasting in the mouth.
