Norway’s Harahorn Gin by Det Norske Brenneri crowned the 2019 ‘Gin Of The Year’ and a Gold medal at the 2019 USA Spirits Ratings held in San Francisco on 21 July. 

The best Norwegian Gin of 2019 - the Harahorn gin is a dry gin named after a mountain in Hemsedal, and with inspiration from a fabulous animal, no one has seen live yet. Harahorn is produced by only 300 liters at a time, in order to have maximum control over the quality.

A real craft gin - Harahorn’s fresh aromas are distinguished by juniper berry, anise, flower, and citrus. The Norwegian potato liquor, juniper berries, blueberries, rhubarb, seaweed, marjoram, 16 other spices, and herbs used here are some of the most luscious in the world. With 46% ABV, Harahorn Gin has a good filling with a touch of juniper, anise, and citrus.
