Here at Cosimo Maria Masini we have chosen to learn how to manage the land, not overusing it, just trying to combine quality, sustainability and efficiency. Since 2003 we have embraced the biodynamic approach to agriculture. Therefore we work in deep contact with our vines; to interpet the messages nature sends through careful observation; to develop our own sensitivity; to respect nature. To be humble in front of it all - all this is what winemaking means to us, the starting point of our path into the future.
