Prizm Winery is located in Paso Robles, California, and uses all-natural Biodynamic farming techniques to create a complete and balanced ecosystem on the vineyard. The resulting ultra-premium fruit is fermented with wild yeast, and spends only a small portion of the aging process in neutral oak. This method preserves the truest flavors of the vineyard to create elegant, fruit-laden natural wine that can be cellared for many years.
