Peltier is an innovative, cutting-edge winery and custom crush facility based in the Acampo area. Our mission is to produce and create outstanding wines from our sustainably farmed, certified green, estate grown vineyards. Our passion is to enhance good food with exceptional wine and share this experience with everyone. Whether it be in our tasting room (open daily), domestically, or globally, we want all to know our passion for wine, food, family, and friends.

Peltier winery produces 12 varietals from are own sustainable farmed vineyards. Our wines are all estate grown, many award winning and represent multiple categories and price points. We custom crush and custom produce private label wines as well. We farm over 1000 acres and Peltier Winery has the capacity to crush over 7000 tons and maintains 2 million gallons of storage.. Our winemaker and General Manager each have over 12 years experience with California wineries. We maintain a Tasting Room on site as well as barrel and case good storage. We strive to be leaders by example; using solar electricity and hot water technology, we have a Biofilter which processes our wastewater using earth worms, minimal pumping and allows us to immediately return the water to the vineyards. Our vineyards and winery are always being tested and challenged with the latest technology.
