In the deep woods of northern Sweden, we have found the perfect conditions to produce SAV 1785, an organically harvested sparkling wine made from birch sap. Every year, when winter loosens its grip and the ground thaws, the nutrient rich birch sap rises in the trees to welcome another season of light. The SAV 1785 is produced totally ecological and with absolutely no pesticides at all. It is probably the most natural and nature near sparkling wine you will ever taste.
