Over the past 20 years, Javier Sanz has worked in the recovery of abandoned varieties and forgotten clones such as the Verdejo Malcorta. Family – owned winery, founded in 1990. Focused on tradition and excellence from the grower and the vine to the wine. Their philosophy: to conserve the pre-phylloxera vineyards, local grape varieties and to recover the varieties that have almost become extinct. Wine production based on: o Choosing the best terroir o Commitment to the best varieties o Respect to the land and the environment o Painstaking work to ensure the best quality grapes
