Currently, it is still a family winery presided over by the 5th generation of the González family . The González family has always stood out for their passion for the world of wine, something that is common in all of them, as is their love of nature and their support for the environment. The founder himself, Manuel María González Ángel, was the first industrialist in Spain to install electric lights in his cellars (Jerez was, together with Haro, in La Rioja, the first Spanish city to have electric light, and the first one that brought a line of purified water to its facilities.
