The Company Terre Valgrande was established in 2006 by a great wine lover, Matteo Zandonella Sarinuto. Matteo Zandonella Sarinuto founded his company in Verona, the famous city surrounded by valleys unrivalled for the production of high quality wine, with products of excellence such as the Amarone della Valpolicella. Just this wine is the gemstone of our company. We select the best grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara of Valpantena and Valpolicella directly purchased from farmers, to join them together at the “fruttaio” (place where the grapes are dried from September to December). Only after at least 100 days of rest, the grapes are vinify care of the Cellar. There the wine is also matured and bottled. Besides the Amarone, we produce an excellent Valpolicella and Valpolicella Ripasso. Another of our excellent product is the Prosecco DOC, a very fashionable sparkling wine which is conquering the world markets. Terre di Valgrande does not produce Prosecco, but does select and develop a subsidiary company based in Mareno di Piave, near Treviso. The close partnership between the two companies means that the standard of Prosecco Terre di Valgrande is among the best ever. So we carefull select our grapes, entrusting the wise hands of the best Italian winemakers. The soft pressing, the accurate cleaning of the musts, the limited use of invasive technologic techniques and coadjuvants, all this allows us to aim for the immortality of our wines, in that undissolvable liaison between history, territory and the intervention of the man. The desire to create, to surprise and to surprise ourselves, makes our job become our passion, our passion become a philosophy of life. In addition our range is completed by some of the best product of Italian wines from Tuscany, Piemonte, Puglia, Emilia and Sicily selected directly by our winemaker, ever committed to the search of the highest quality product.
