OUR GRAPES ACCRUES IN VINEYARDS SANGIOVESE, MERLOT, PETIT VERDOT, CABERNET SAUVIGNON, SYRAH, SAUVIGNON BLANC, PETIT MANSENG AND GRECHETTO, ARE MANUALLY GRANTED. The pedoclimatic environment is absolutely favorable to the formation of polyphenols and anthocyanins on grapes, thanks to the significant temperature changes that characterize our vineyard, being flanked, to the west, by a thick forest and to the east by the lakes of Chiusi, Montepulciano and Trasimeno. The soils arranged on several sides give rise to cru of great value, by virtue of the soils with different matrices: of mixed dough (sand, clay, silt) or gravel-sand or gravel-clay.
