The farm was founded in 1960. It covers an area of 240 hectares planted with vineyards, olive groves and woods. Ezio Bulleri runs the family winery in their third generation. The winery is located in Crespina Lorenzana, Tuscany, on the beautiful pisan hills. The vineyards are all strongly influenced from the limestone (shell limestone, we had here the seaside in the past) .

The priorities lie in the vineyard work. The family sticks to the principle of carefully supporting the vines and relying on old but healthy vineyards. Natural green cover, composted pomace as natural fertilizer are a few examples of their work approach. Our main purpose is that our wines clearly and distinctly reflect the region and the terroir. Care and attention for the vineyard at 360 ° from immediately after the harvest until the next harvest, handpicking and careful selection of the grapes are the keys to reduce to a minimum interventions in the cellar. We want to respect our raw material, checking the fermentation temperatures and the contact time with the skins according to the ripening of the grapes and the production year. We think that the potential of each wine is completely based on the quality of the grapes. Our task is to obtain this great potential, producing precise and elegant wines with striking minerality and ageing capacity. We are the first consumers of our wines and obviously we respect the nature and adopt the philosophy of intervening as little as possible in its course. Sangiovese, Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are the most important varieties in the range of offerings. The high-end wines come from Tuscany which is regarded as one of the top sites in Italy and can be seen in the picture above. The family also makes white grapes such as white pinot, sauvignon blanc and viognier.
