Fattoria Montellori is located in Fucecchio, in the province of Florence, Italy, and it was founded in 1895. It’s a fourth-generation winery leaded by the owner and winemaker Alessandro Nieri, whose goal is to produce authentic wines that perfectly respect and reflect our terroir.

The philosophy behind our wines is simple: “work at our best in the vineyard to avoid intervention in the cellar”. Alongside the production of amazing red wines like our Chianti, we have a range of supertuscans characterized by elegance and drinkability. The highlight of our collection is Montellori Pas Dosé, hundred percent Chardonnay sparkling wine that we produce using the traditional method (metodo classico). We are genuinely proud of it as we were the first in Tuscany to introduce this process for sparkling wine. Our Pas Dosé is a product you cannot compare to all the rest of its similars made in our region and it is entirely produced in our cellar without any external process. This year we are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the first bottle produced.
