The terroir speak here : clay and limestone soil, low yield and the wind generate by the estuary allowing good ripeness and late harvest. In the cellars the harvest is sublimate thanks to a vinification by plot in small concrete vat with thermos regulation. The extractions are made by “pigeage”. This gravity system, offer his characteristic to the wine, vintage after vintage : silky palate, rounded tannins et the pure expression of the fruit. The production is focused on three red wine, for a complementary range, heavily influenced by the MALBEC : - The “Petite Madeleine 100% Malbec” : a juicy wine with a pure expression of the fruit, quit rare for an 100% Malbec. Easy to drink, a real pleasure wine. - The “BOHA” : Merlot blend with our Cabernets produces a wine based on the fruit with a nice structure and the roundness of the tannins from the berries. - The GRAND VIN benefits from a twelve-month aging in French oak barrels, with 30% of new oak each year. He's made from the selection of the best plots of Merlot and the oldest Malbec, to produce something complex and structured.
