The inspiration behind the Yaldara Wine Collection stems from its founder Hermann Thumm who first started crafting Barossa Wines in 1947 and was one of the regions first boutique winemakers. Thumm pushed the boundaries of Australian winemaking through his appetite for experimentation with wine techniques, styles and blends. Today, we embrace this approach through the crafting of balanced, structural wines that showcase the harmony of varietal integrity from the select premium South Australian wine regions of the Barossa Valley, Eden Valley, Adelaide Hills, Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale.
