The Fiorentine Bottiglierie Consortium was founded in 1979 by the union of some confectioners of sweet and liquor stores in the historic center of Florence. Since then they realized that buying together some particular products was much cheaper than doing it individually. From this elementary concept the activity of the group started, which has gradually widened both as a typology of treated products and for the number of members.

Today, the CBF has more than 80 members and operates in the central Italy area, with internal wholesalers and retail stores, in particular, wine shops and confectionery and liquor stores.
