Steelbound Brewery & Distillery ​​is a newly built building hosting a brewery, distillery and restaurant as a destination location in Ellicottville, NY. Located at the intersections of rt.219 & rt.242. This combined craft manufacture facility offering a rounded experience of Craft Beer, Spirits and Bistro/Pub style food ALL produced and prepared in house. Our two floor restaurant and taproom that occupies 300+ patrons offers a full service bar on each level. Seated or bar dining is offered on each level, with a stage on the lower level and windows on the second that offers a view into the distillery and brewery to the east and the ski slopes to the west. Fireplaces, custom lighting, tv’s that include a 16ft screen complement the rustic meets industrial atmosphere the ties the Buffalo meets Ellicotville (#BFLOmeetsEVL) Steelbound vision. Plenty of parking, one of a kind bathrooms all with additions being added all the time make Steelbound Brewery & Distillery a pleasant experience for everyone. The bars on each floor are full service including Craft beer, Craft/Domestic Spirits, Cocktails and Wine in addition to non-alcoholic beverages. The lower bar has 52 taps including our two nitro taps in a custom fabricated system, the upper bar offers 6 taps. Full cocktail and WIne service offered at both. All Craft Beer and Spirits are produced in house served served in proper glassware. Our taps are serviced and cleaned every other week to further ensure quality and freshness of product. Flights of beer or spirits are offered to allow patrons to sample, enjoy or discover Steelbound for the first time. Also offering Growler fills, bring it in or buy one here, canned beer and bottled spirits all for off premise consumption only. A full service kitchen offering lunch, dinner and private dining menus services both floors and bars thru the week. Offering sandwiches, burgers, brick oven pizza, wings, salads and daily specials for at bar, sit down, private party dining. Using the freshest ingredients in our newly built kitchen, we offer something for everyone, young to old, from a quick bite on lunch, a dinner for two, family dining a private party celebration even work conference/party. Vegan and vegetarian menu options always available, in addition to the allergy aware staff. Enjoy a flight of beer or spirits custom crafted with our kitchen for a unique sensory experience.
