Its 5, is a family owned Artisan Craft Distillery located in Cashmere, Washington. We make all of our distillates by hand, using fruits and grain grown in Washington State; and distill them using our custom built Muller Aromat IV still from Germany. The result is an extremely flavorful and aromatic line of Bourbon, Whiskeys, Gin, Moonshine, Grappa, Liqueurs, Brandies and Vodka. Our goal is to create spirits of exceptional quality which capture the very essence of the fruits and grains that we use.
