Since 1997, Gordon Biersch Brewing Company has been producing hand-crafted German-Style Lagers and Hefeweizen at our state-of-the-art production facility in San Jose, CA. In 2015, we began production of one of the finest Hard Ciders on the West Coast--WildCide. In 2018, we started producing Martinelli's 1868 Hard Cider for the apple juice giant in Watsonville, CA. We also produce beers for Trader Joe's and Costco, along with several other small craft brewers who have a need for additional brewing and packaging facilities. This year we added a $2 Million Krones canning line to further our future production capabilities.
