Description

Long Valley Red was hand crafted at Bel Vino's boutique winery and aged in oak barrles for 22 months. This blend of top quality California grapes presents aromas of chocolate and cherry with flavors of jam, toasted oak, spices, vanilla and mocha. Oak aging added a nice softening effect to the wine and brought in smoky notes and some of the above flavors. This very smooth, flavorful and aromatic wine is great for sipping and it pairs well with heartyand spicy foods.
