Description

A major offering of Cali W&V is the production of wholesale wine for wholesalers and distributors plus retailer and restaurant chains.  We offer a comprehensive service for wine wholesalers and retailers that wish to add either or both, popular and unique California wines to their offering. These wines are typically private labeled, a service which we are expert at, and this includes procuring government label approvals (TTB COLAs). Our services can also include wine storage in a Southern California, fully licensed, temperature controlled facility.

The Private label varietals we offer include highly popular flavored and non-flavored sparkling wines, plus popular still wines. Sparkling wines include: Brut, Moscato, Rosé, Peach Mango, Peach, Strawberry, Pineapple Coconut, Pomegranate, Raspberry and Citron. Still wines include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. For highly specialized offerings, we can provide limited quantities of high quality, premium estate wines from our sister winery, Bel Vino Winery.

Cabernet Sauvignon Gold Collection

Alcohol: 13.0% By Volume, Net Contents 750 ml

Tasting Notes: Good tannin structure, solid acidity. Flavors of black cherry, warm spice & black pepper. Aromas of black currants and vanilla.

Made from high grade northern California grapes, these custom made and aged wines are highly approachable and readily meet the expectations of demanding consumers. Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of red grapes, with great color, boldness and refinement. It features aromas & flavors of black cherry, plum and dark chocolate. The wine pairs well with red meat, marinara pasta & spicy foods.

Merlot Gold Collection

Alcohol: 13.0% By Volume, Net Contents 750 ml

Tasting Notes: Dry but has deep fruit flavors of blackberry, blueberry and plum with strong chocolate notes and spice.

Bel Vino's Gold Collection represents an outstanding value for wine of this quality. Made from high grade northern California grapes, these custom made and aged wines are highly approachable and readily meet the expectations of demanding consumers. The wine has a medium to dark color and nice aromas and flavors of spice, dark fruits and chocolate. Merlot pairs well with red meats, marinara dishes and other hearty or spicy foods, and is great for sipping.

Chardonnay Gold Collection

Alcohol: 13.0% By Volume, Net Contents 750 ml

Tasting Notes: Dry, medium-bodied with fresh crisp notes of pear and apple.

Made from high grade northern California grapes, these custom made and aged wines are highly approachable and readily meet the expectations of demanding consumers. Chardonnay is a consistently rich wine with aromas and flavors of apple, peach, pear and honey.

Pinot Noir Gold Collection

Alcohol: 13.0% By Volume, Net Contents 750 ml

Tasting Notes: Dry red wine. Fruit forward character, with strawberry, cherry, and blackberry dominating the palate.

Bel Vino's Gold Collection represents an outstanding value for wine of this quality. Made from high grade northern California grapes, these custom made and aged wines are highly approachable and readily meet the expectations of demanding consumers. Pinot Noir is a red wine that is typically light to medium-bodied and fruit forward. It holds a pleasant spot in the red-wine spectrum - not too dry, but certainly not too sweet.
