Fermentation in small trunk-conicals haped stainless steel tanks with manual stirring.
Malolactic and ageing for 16 months in French oak barrels
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Dark red with garnet tones
Aroma: Ripe fruit, plums, blackberries, liquorice with the toaste, spiced notes of the oak barrels.
Palate: Great structure with mature tannins. Long and persistent aftertaste. Nice toasted sensations of French barrels.

And LIVIUS wines; whose grapes come from old vines and are harvested manually in boxes of 15 Kgs., Performing fermentation processes such craft and carrying out the aging in new French, Hungarian and American oak barresl of the most prestigious cooperages.
