Description

Made with Tempranillo 90% and Garnacha 10% grapes. Grapes are destemmed and crushed and transferred to tapered stainless steel deposits. Aged in American and French oak barrels for 12 months. Red cherry colour with ripe fruit aromas. On the palate it is well structured and has nice acidity and intensity with a tasty finish.

Our winery, located in the Camino de Santiago, takes a completely handmade process for producing aromatic Rioja wines from the own vineyards with more than 100 years old . The harvest is done manually in boxes of 15 kilos to avoid pressing the fruits until they reach the winery to maintain the flavor of the fruit and the complexity and structure of the modern wines. Our Classic wine range MILETO, selected under the brand offers a Rioja with all the strength and flavor characteristics that are present in our rich wine tradition. And LIVIUS wines; whose grapes come from old vines and are harvested manually in boxes of 15 Kgs., Performing fermentation processes such craft and carrying out the aging in new French, Hungarian and American oak barresl of the most prestigious cooperages.
