Late Harvest
Four years ageing in oak.
Dark maroon colour with red tile highlights, dense and generous odour, with pronounced tints of prune. Warm taste, spirituous with corps. Its glyceride richness together with its ageing in oak gives it the differentiating features that makes this wine differentiate from other one in the world. Bouquet of
great lineage.
Pairing: Tasty dishes from the Spanish rich cuisine, Roasted meals, game meats and cured cheese, it also pair well with cocktails and snack meals.
We recommend uncork the bottle two hours before consumption.
Serving temperature: 18 º approximately.

About this company
With around three hundred hectares of vineyard next to the winery, in the south of Jumilla, 90% planted with the Monastrell variety, 5% with Syrah and 5% with Garnacha tintorera, all of them with certified of organic cultivation since 2011, in dry land, traditional bush vines and hand-harvested. Every year we produce around 500,000 Kg of grapes that means very low yields. With a late and plot by plot picking we achieve complex and well-balanced wines with high alcohol graduation.
