Description
Very late harvest.
Intense cherry colour with tile highlights, dense odour, warm and generous taste, with much body and very smooth due to the richness of glycerides. Prolonged taste and pleasant after taste.
Pairing: As a Aperitif, served on the rocks, as a dessert accompanied by all kinds of pastries.
Serving temperature: 8-10 º approximately.

About this company
With around three hundred hectares of vineyard next to the winery, in the south of Jumilla, 90% planted with the Monastrell variety, 5% with Syrah and 5% with Garnacha tintorera, all of them with certified of organic cultivation since 2011, in dry land, traditional bush vines and hand-harvested. Every year we produce around 500,000 Kg of grapes that means very low yields. With a late and plot by plot picking we achieve complex and well-balanced wines with high alcohol graduation.
