Description
The original hillside vineyards produce the best wines. Soils are typically volcanic or limestone, both conducive to the production of very well. It' s important to select the best clusters before the ripening phase and eliminated the other clusters. This method guarantees a wine with superior quality. Made primarily from the local Garganega grape, 95% and 5% Chardonnay, with excellent acidity and minerality. Aromas and flavours are subtle and include lemony notes, peach, pear, delicate almond and nuances of withe flowers.
