Description
Corvinone is a very generous vine wich only reaches vegetative balance in specific conditions. The vines are pruned throughout the year and only 20% of the clusters reach a perfect ripening wich are finally destined to the production of Amarone. Appassimento ( the drying process ) is long and natural. Fermentation occurs at low temperature. This wine is elegant and full bodied with a long, complex finish.
