With a lemon colour, this wine presents nicely intense aromas of lychee, honey, sweet orange, nectarine, quince, cinnamon, and vanilla cream. Its WINEMAKER is Georgian famous George (Gogi) Dakishvil, who has been working in the field of viticulture and winemaking for about twenty years. First touch point with grapes and wine was in the age of 5-6, when his grandfather allowed him to squeeze the grapes in satsnakheli. Gogi is the graduate of faculty of enology at Lomonosov food industry Institute of Odessa, Ukraine. After graduation, Gogi studied chemistry and biology with particular enthusiasm to become a winemaker. Now he is a pioneer of the revival of the Qvevri wine technology in Georgia. 20 QVEVRI & 270 TONES OF CLASSIC WINE Pirveli Winery takes pride in its vast 32-hectare family-owned land. Pirveli Winery is committed to eco-friendly practices. They limit their wine production to 4-5 tonnes per hectare, prioritizing quality over quantity.
