Pépite Originale
IGP Côte du Brian – Terroir de Cazelles
Blend: 60% Cabernet-Sauvignon – 40% Syrah
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels on fine lees.
The robe is an intense garnet colour. The bouquet is a mixture of blackcurrant, rosemary, thyme and sage (the aromas of the land) spices and notes of cocoa. The palate is ample with notes of ripe blackcurrant and spices
Pépite dorée (Golden nugget)
AOP Minervois white – Terroir de Cazelles
Blend: 70% Grenache Blanc – 30% Roussanne,
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels on fine lees.
Expressive and complex bouquet with notes of exotic fruits. Ample and elegant palate,
Pépite Vinum Clarum
AOP Minervois rosé – Terroir de Cazelles
Blend: Grenache noir - Syrah - Mourvèdre
The grapes are pressed to obtain a free run juice.
Fermentation takes place after cold settling in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
The robe is a pretty pale pink. The palate is silky and round and offers delicious strawberry and small red berry notes.
Pépite noire (Black nugget)
AOP Minervois red – Terroir de Cazelles
Blend: 80% Syrah – 20% Grenache
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels on fine lees.
The robe is deep purple, the bouquet is a mixture of black fruits, spices, leather, vanilla and toast. The ample palate, with notes of black fruits and spices, has an excellent persistence.
