Description

AOP Beaujolais Villages, directly from wine producer, located in south of burgondy since several generation, we make a large panel of tasty and good quality wine, using traditional methods,  with passion about our job.

Exposure  : South , on steep slopes 10 to 40 %.

Soil type : Friable rock with clay veins.

Grape variety : Gamay, Black grappe with white juice

Vine age :  30 to 80 ans

Planting density : 9500 stocks / ha

Harvest :handpicking, very careful selective sorting.

Vinemaking method : De-stemming at 50 %, Load shedding and toasting the harvest . Macération during 8 to 10 days fefore pressing to get a fruity wine.

Tasting :The nose reveals small buttery notes associated with a few notes of flowers, black fruit and a slight note of speculos. The mouth is full, fruity, typical, balanced and offers a beautiful density. In the mouth it reveals notes of black fruits, cassis and blueberry combined with a hint of liquorice. Good length.

Historical :The vines have belonged to our families for several generations

This wine will go  : All meal, from starter to dessert, and aperitif .

Serve it  : 14 °C

Aging potential : to 3 or 5 years and more.
